About the project

Designed and helped shape a large-scale CRM–ERP ecosystem from scratch for DRS Group, a network of premium automotive repair companies across Germany. The objective was to unify fragmented business operations into a single platform used by employees across all group companies — covering lead management, workshop operations, repair lifecycle management, logistics, invoicing, and card-based payments.

My work included designing complex multi-role workflows, building a scalable design system, improving collaboration between product and engineering teams, preparing product tasks and specifications, and continuously optimizing the product experience to support operational efficiency at scale.
